Sign up for TFX services with your email address and WhatsApp phone number or use single sign-on options like Apple or Google for a quick and easy passwordless sign-in experience.
Apple and Google sign-on options offer extra security features such as 2-Factor Authentication, login notifications, etc. Refer to How to use Sign in with Apple and Using your Google Account to sign in to other sites or apps.
Note: you can change your sign-up method or add additional ones anytime in your account settings.
Sign up with your email address
To use your email address for accessing TFX:
Navigate to the signup page, enter your email address, and click Continue with email.
Note: make sure to enter a valid email address that you have access to, as this will be used to verify your account.
Enter a verification code sent to the provided email address. Once submitted, you will automatically proceed to the next sign-up step.
Note: if the entered verification code is incorrect, you can re-enter the code or click Send code again if the verification code was not received in 1 minute. If the issue persists, provide another email address or use other single sign-on options.
Provide your first and last name, country, and your phone number, and click Continue.
Note: you can update your personal information later.
Select a service and click Continue.
Note: indicate when you want us to start the tax preparation.
Create a strong and secure password for your account with at least eight characters, one number, and one capital letter.
Optional questions:
If any of your family members are clients of TFX, click Yes and type their name so we can assign the same tax consultant to you.
Tell us how you heard about TFX: Search Engine, From Facebook, or From a friend - provide the name of a friend or a family member who referred you so that both of you receive referral credit.
When done, click the Finish button.
Sign up with Apple
When using Apple sign-on, enter your Apple ID and password on Apple's sign-in page and authorize our platform to access your Apple account.
To use your Apple ID credentials for accessing TFX:
Navigate to the signup page and click Continue with Apple.
Enter your Apple ID and password and click the Arrow button or push the Enter key.
On your iOS device allow access to TFX. You can also use fingerprint identification or Face ID if you are registering on your smartphone.
Enter the 2FA verification code if requested.
Your first and last name will be filled in from your Apple ID. Edit the information if needed and click Continue.
Note: you can update your personal information later.
Select a service and click Continue.
Optional questions:
If any of your family members are clients of TFX, click Yes and type their name so we can assign the same tax consultant to you.

Sign up with Google
When using Google sign-on, enter your Gmail account credentials on Google's sign-in page and authorize our platform to access your Gmail account.
To use your Gmail credentials for accessing TFX:
Navigate to the signup page and click Continue with Google.
Enter your Gmail account or select from the available options, then click Next.
Enter the password for your Gmail account, then click Next.
Your first and last name will be filled in from your Gmail account. Edit the information if needed and click Continue.
Note: you can update your personal information later.
Select a service and click Continue.

Sign up with WhatsApp
Choosing WhatsApp as your sign-up method will require you to enter the phone number associated with your WhatsApp account. However, verification will still be done through your email address.
To sign up with your WhatsApp account:
Navigate to the signup page and click Continue with WhatsApp.
Enter a phone number associated with your WhatsApp account and click Continue with WhatsApp.
Enter your email address, your first and last name, country, and click Continue.
Note: make sure to enter a valid email address that you have access to, as this will be used to verify your account.
