Ensuring quality work

Rotating preparers is one way we can ensure you get quality work, serving as another layer of safety checks. This is very similar to standard checks and balances systems at banks - if someone were to make a mistake, they may not realize it and repeat the error again the following year. But when a different pair of eyes look at the return, they are much more likely to see the problem and rectify it. So this is one of the steps we take to minimize risks and look after our clients. We follow the same policy across the board.

New preparer has access to prior year information

Each preparer has access to the prior year's information and pins essential information in our CRM. They also audit prior year work to ensure that if any mistakes are found, they are not repeated.
